Return Policy & Cancellations

As such, we DO NOT offer returns or exchange for any of the products / services / treatments / consultations listed on the website. The products are freshly prepared and are best consumed as per the guidelines or "best before" dates on the product. However, in case of any quality issues with any of the products please do contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Orders once placed, CANNOT be cancelled. However if we are unable process the order/part of the order as per the specifications of your order for any reason you may request a cancellation of the order. All requests for modification/cancellation of an order placed on the Website shall be made as expeditiously as possible after the placing of the order on the Website. For modification/cancellation contact us here. We are not responsible for your inability to communicate any required modification to the order placed by you at the given contact numbers due to technical faults or delays.

Currently, we do not offer cancellations or refunds as per this policy.

Disclaimers

Advice rendered by DRAVYAS is intended for general purposes only and is not meant to be used in emergencies/serious illnesses requiring physical consultation. If a medical professional adjudges that a physical examination would be required and advises ‘in-person consultation’, it is the sole responsibility of the member, to undertake physical examination and in-person consultation whether the same is with the medical professional on the board of DRAVYAS or otherwise. DRAVYAS or its affiliates shall in no event be held liable in the event of a member’s failure to take timely recourse to a one-on-one physical examination/treatment from a medical professional.

DRAVYAS does not warrant nor assure the accuracy or success of any advice that may be rendered to a member by the medical practitioners or other affiliates of DRAVYAS. Such accuracy or success is dependent upon various factors personal to the member and may vary on a case-to-case basis.

The Member agrees that by using the services of DRAVYAS, the Doctors/Medical professionals will not be conducting physical examination of the members, hence they may not have or be able to derive important information that is usually obtained through a physical examination. Member acknowledges and agrees that the member is aware of this limitation and agrees to assume the complete risk of this limitation.

If a member is on any medication for any illness or is undergoing any medical treatment, they must consult with their healthcare provider before undertaking DRAVYAS weight loss programme. We cannot predict how changing diet may impact the effect of their medication or the course of their medical condition. The practice of nutrition is not exact science and no guarantees will be made to members about the results of treatments, examinations, or services.

A list of nutritionists / therapists whom a member may consult is available on our website. The names appearing on the list may change from time to time at the sole discretion of DRAVYAS. DRAVYAS does not assure nor warrant the outcome or efficacy of the professional/ medical advice that may be rendered by such nutritionists/therapists to the members.

Relationship

None of the provisions of the User Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and Soulwise Life Solutions Private Limited and you shall have no authority to bind Soulwise Life Solutions Private Limited in any manner, whatsoever.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

This agreement and the relationship between you and Soulwise Life Solutions Private Limited shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the sites/services.

Settlement Of Disputes

Without prejudice to any provisions in the terms and conditions herein, any dispute or difference arising out of or touching this agreement shall be settled amicably in the first instance. Unresolved disputes or differences shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed/nominated by Soulwise Life Solutions Private Limited. The arbitration shall be governed by the (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and any modifications thereon and rules made thereunder and the law governing the same shall be Indian Laws. The seat of arbitration shall be at Mumbai or at the sole discretion of Soulwise Life Solutions Private Limited.

Force Majeure

Soulwise Life Solutions Private Limited shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site and service irrespective of the nature of the cause.

Waiver And Severability

The failure of Soulwise Life Solutions Private Limited to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Soulwise Life Solutions Private Limited and its respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.

Acceptance Of Privacy Policy

By using www.dravyas.com and services provided therein, you signify your acceptance of this “Terms and Conditions”. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy / terms described in this document, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the website. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
